    man its like microsoft support is ignoring me


    this will be my last post, i used my vip gems to buy 3 months of gold and i received 3 months of games pass instead, now i either want my gems back or my 3 months of gold because i definitely DON'T WANT the games pass, how difficult is that to understand? why
    do i have to keep getting run around or ignored by support? i have a lifetime earnings of 221,483 credits and 10 years of xbox gold... does my loyalty and continuous support to the Microsoft brand mean nothing? It sure feels like you dont want me to keep buying
    microsoft products the way ive been treated.

    Adding to Bazajaytee's post,

    The achievements will probably unlock on their own eventually anyway, if you're patient enough but it can take any amount of time. It's happened to me a few times where I've unlocked achievements months after actually completing them.

    Why is Xbox support ignoring me...

    Every message i send to the enforcement team just goes ignored, and im waiting upon someone to reply to me from the 'xbox achievements not unlocking survey' (the sticky on this forum) which should take no longer than 48 hours according to them (its been
    over 2 weeks)

    The only people who seem to help is live support, but they are limited to what they can fix, so im waiting on these teams, and nobody is replying to me at all...

    is there anywhere else i can go?!
