• When did the issue started, any changes that might have cause the issue?
  
• Is this happening to other games or to a specific only?
  
• What platform are you using to paly the game?
  
• Is it updated to the latest version?
  
• Have you tried updating the apps and games in Microsoft Store?

If you are on a PC, please update the following using the links below;

• Update Windows (microsoft.com)
  
• Create a system restore point
  
• Repair apps and programs in Windows
  

Clear Microsoft Store cache. On Windows Search Bar type “wsreset” and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically. You may also update again drivers through this link - Update drivers in Windows.

We would also like to suggest to uninstall and install the game and check if problem still persists.

Hi Geri M,

The issue started when I plug in the steering wheel to my computer. Steering wheel didn't work with all games. I've tried updated games and drivers, but nothing helped.

After connecting the steering wheel again, it suddenly started working, but the next day when I turned one the computer, it didn't work as it should. So I reapeated this process and it started working again.
