    I recently purchased Astroneer as a gift for a friend, and they code they attempted to enter did not work even though they are in the same region. Is there any way to refund so that I may give them my card to purchase it directly from their Xbox?

    Xbox Live has been having some issues this last few hours, these issues look like they have now been resolved can you please get your friend to try and use the code again and hopefully it should work this time.

    Unfortunately, you are unable to just purchase the Wifi card. If this happens a lot within a day you may want to consider getting the console repaired as it may be malfunctioning.

    Sorry to hear it. It sounds as though your hard drive is malfunctioning. Please remove it and then ensure that it is firmly seating in the console.

    If it still does not work you may need to purchase a new drive or a flash drive for storage.
