    My Xbox one of two years old repeadly falls out. This happens especially when playing online games, like Fortnite. It happens more often the last month. When this happens the light om the adapter is orange or does nog burn at all. I tried all the tips I
    found on the internet, including disconnecting power. I think there is a problem with the adapter. But before buying a new one I want to be sure. Can you help me?

    Xbox one hardware malfunction

    Give it a light kick. I did that with a lighted christmas decoration that I wanted to hang in the window, but only half the lights were working. One light kick later and it was working.

    I think it's the adapter that's broken if the console shuts off frequently. you should buy a new one.

    Hi, I have this problem long time ago with BF4. I noticed that I had to change the system settings to "Power Savings" rather than "Instant On".

    That way, when you switch off and restart the XB1, it's a real reboot of the system, not a wake-up from standby mode.
