    Well well just like everyone else here that is complaining about the reward system not working right this is about the 10th time I've had problems with the reward system I have several VIP rankings that is not showing up and so many gems and credits that
    has apparently just finished over time so I get on there and check out and I only have 500 gems and so I just said oh well I'll just try to get a month's worth of Xbox Live and it kept saying no contact customer support so that's what I'm doing. My gamertag
    is Fret Work 13 plz and thank you Microsoft.

    malfunction with alphajax?

    thread should end - suddenly popped up that an hour previous a player beat me using their remaining 7 tiles in one word and made up for the win with big points and negated my lead based on the 5 letters I had left. As I play more I get more weary of the
    plays by my opponents. Oh well!

    The problem is that the disc tray wont CLOSE. This is a malfunctioned disc drive and will need to be sent in for repairs. Luckily, its still under warranty so just follow I KangeNoRyu I's link to the repair process.
