Mal cobro [Translation - Bad charge]

al ingresar una tarjeta se te hace un pequeño cobro para verificacion y si la quitas y la vuelves a meter te cobrara otra vez ese cobro dicen que luego se te regresa automaticamente pero la verdad las tarjetas que yo meti jamas me regresaron el cobro
