RESULTA QUE CUANDO APAGO MI XBOX ONE FAT EN MODO ENCENDIDO INSTANTANEO O AHORRO DE ENERGIA APAGA PERO VUELVE Y PRENDE COMO SI LE ESTUVIERA REINICIANDO Y ASI NO DESCARGA LOS JUEGOS MIENTRAS ESTA APAGADO POR FAVOR ALGUIEN QUE ME AYUDE QUE PUEDE SER'??

factory reset on your Xbox One while keeping your games & apps installed on your Xbox.

No puedo descargarlo he apagado la consola y nada de nada sigue botando el mismo error
