Yes, if you are registered and submitted your application on the site you are guaranteed a key.

Q. How do I get a Product Key to register my console?



A. When Product Keys are available, you will see a link to request one in the left-hand navigation on this site. Product Keys are NOT currently available so that people can register into the program. We'll make Product Keys for console registration available
as soon as we can.



Q. I can't request a Product Key, does that mean I'm NOT in the Beta?



A. No. Product Keys are NOT currently available so that people can register into the program. We'll make Product Keys for console registration available as soon as we can and you'll be able to request one and complete your console registration at that time.

Read the sheet. You go to member.square-enix.com/na/, login, then click on the "Register Game" button. Type in your code and the game is registered. You usually don't get anything from these codes but SE points on your account.

Can you please provide a link/more details?
