    Can't connect to Xbox live, profile specific

    hello try this:

    Solution 1: Verify the information for your Microsoft account

    To resolve this issue, verify the information in your Microsoft account. To do this, follow these steps:

    In a browser, sign in to your Microsoft account.

    Note If you forgot your password or cannot sign in by using your password, see Reset your password.

    Note any error messages that are displayed.

    After you resolve any errors, verify the information in your Microsoft account. For example, verify the billing information or the information in the Password and security info section.

    Sign out of your Microsoft account, and then sign in again.

    On your console, sign in to Xbox Live and try to download your profile again.

    Solution 2: Change your Microsoft account password

    In a browser, go to your My account page.

    Click Change password.

    Type your current password and a new password, and then click Save.

    Sign out of your Microsoft account and then sign in again.

    On your console, sign in to Xbox Live and try to download your profile again.

    No. To protect customer privacy, Microsoft can only help customers verify their account ownership through the online password recovery process. If the email address has been changed, it's not possible to verify account ownership.

    I'm sorry but there is nothing that can be done in this case.

    I can't agree with your statement.

    You can't just take your privacy statement as an answer in my question.

    The whole statement is questionable if the AVG (European privacy law) is in charge about what you can do and what you cannot do.

    You can't record me if there are not 2 people on the phone communicating with eachother. Microsoft thinks they can. You can't.

    Do you have a Microsoft e-mail adress so i can resolve this? Else i'm afraid i have to report this.
