    When I want to play multiplayer on Modern Warfare it always says I have to buy the game on digital when I already have the disc installed and all of the content packs but it only allows me to play War Zone.

    Physical Game, You need use the disc to run the game.

    War Zone is free mode, so you have not use the disc COD has War Zone only.

    (If your physical game is non-free game, the system will not open the game)

    Disc I required when playing the game if disc is in and you still get the message then quit the game start a different game and then load up COD is should work fine after that
