    Making an Adult Account


    I need to figure out how to make a parent account, every place I look it up, their brilliant response is to log into the parent account (which I don't have). I want to make the family account, but I guess have to make the parent before I can add anyone,
    because if i try to add people from a kid account there is an error message.

    on xbox next to the play game slide there click the one that is behind your avatar, then about three slides over says manage account and then go to the bottom and it should say family teen adult the customize click on any of those ans if u click customize
    you can edit what you want to be able to do or not be able to do.

    The bottom line is that if entered your correct BDay when you made up the account and you are under 18, you will not be allowed to either promote your account to an adult account nor will you be able to download Rated M or RP videos. The only way around
    this is to buy another account and lie about your age.

    The age of the account must be (I believe) 18 or older before it can be promoted. If you are getting the message that the account is not permitted then the age is still too young.

    Keep in mind you have to wait till you turn 18 and no changing the age nor the email will force it to come early
