    I am not going into detail with my problem as I have just spent over an hour in live chat with somebody and i'm exhausted.

    PLEASE can somebody provide me with an email address for the complaints department (UK).

    My xbox has been banned, WHY?!

    okay does microsoft have to fully investigate all complaints before making a ban or do they just take the complaints as true?

    Thanks, although I have tried the support. Getting past the bots is difficult and then I eventually spoke to someone on the phone yesterday for 2hrs and today for an hour.

    Finally got a Url out of them but it doesn't work. Unless I recorded it incorrectly. Just wondered if anyone had information on an official complaints procedure.
