Making a complaint

Hi,

I am wondering if anybody can point me in the right direction to speak to somebody with authority at xbox as i am literally finding it impossible to speak to somebody and make it clear that there consoles and information on them is out right disgusting... my son has a childs account with parental controls the lot as he is 9 and yet we recieved a disturbing phone call from school today informing us that hes been telling kids of a group hes in on xbox with basically light pornography in it. Whilst i was at work my partner has gone onto his xbox to this group and the stuff in there is disturbing to say the least for a boy his age. The fact hes allowed access to such content is outrageous not to mention the fact this type of stuff is even on a gaming console. Its an absolute shamble to say the least i have been qn xbox user since the original xbox to 360 to one to one x we now own 3 series x's... not anymore. You clearly have or do not care about the users if these things are accessible to children and your lack of support or access to even informing or complaining about it is impossible so i will be doing everything i can to share this information through social media and any ways i can. The group hes in is called 'Anti Furry Spec Ops' talking about women with ****' and sex noises and black men basically sleeping with them... sort your stuff out because im distraught and the problems this has caused for us and school is just shocking.
