    So about a month ago, I was harassed by someone named [mod removed], and he was making posts about me, saying that I use a voice changer to attract little girls in Fortnite Creative lobbies. Because he was being madannoying in a club, and I told him to stop.
    So I went to the Microsoft website, and reported him, and everything he did. And you're talling me, he got a 1 DAY BAN. Manwhile, I talk some [mod removed] in messages to someone, and I get banned for 2 weeks???? Something's gotta be changed with that. That's
    just beyond [mod removed].

    Have you already checked your email inbox, junk, or spam folders? If yes and you didn't receive any emails from the Refund Team, I highly recommend submitting a new refund request by filling out the Manual Refund Webform on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-.... You can find the order number of your transaction by signing in to your email at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

    Once you're done submitting your request, you'll receive an email result within 72 hours and if your request gets approved, it will take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account but it really depends on your bank's policy.

    I'm sorry to hear that your refund request was denied. If I may ask, have you already replied to the email you received from the Refund Team to appeal their decision and explain yourself better as to why you wanted the game refunded? If not yet, I highly recommend replying to their email so your refund request will be re-opened, and hopefully, they'll give you consideration based on your reasons.

    There's not much else to tell you, as there's no other way of getting this adapter to free. You missed out. Feel free to invest hundreds of dollars to switch platforms if you feel that is the right thing to do.

    If it's any consolation, there are
    few games available
    that utilize the Kinect anyway.
