Hi!

I have a problem with my xbox account. When i'm trying to put Make this my home xbox in other xbox console, the xbox do it, but if someone else do the same in his console , automaticaly put the console without home xbox again, the problem is that i have
more than 1 year with mi xbox and i can add 5 more accounts, even i have a friend that doesn´t have more than 5 devices and has the same issue, is it a bug or something like that?

In addition to this issue, i can´t to put My home Xbox again cause we need to do this configuration frecuently and the system show us the 0x80DB000B error.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with home console. Unfortunately, the

home console does not allow for 5 Xbox. Only one console can be set as your home console. It is possible to have a console have multiple accounts set it as home. If you are having the home changed on you, its best to

change your password. As there is a limit of 5 switches.

You can only set your Home Xbox to 1 console at any given time. If you designated another console as your Home Xbox, it will be removed from the previous console. This is limited to 5 changes per year.

So, how odd, have you done any procedure on the console to try to fix it.

If you did not do anything yet, there are some things we could try.

First clean the cache of your console that way:

Try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in!

If the issue persists, I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

If the issue persists, try to soft reset your console and retry again!
