We understand that you are trying to make a purchase with your main account on your Xbox console.

To help resolve this issue, I recommend trying the following steps:



1. Check that your payment method is up to date and valid. You can do this by going to the Payment & billing section of your Microsoft account online.



2. Make sure that your Xbox console is connected to the internet and that you have the latest updates installed.



3. Try to sign into the same account on a browser to see if your details like shipping and billing and cards are complete and correct. Use this link: Microsoft account | Address book.

4. Try making the purchase again, but this time using a different payment method, such as a different credit card or PayPal.

5. Lastly, if you are part of Microsoft Family, ask your parents/guardian that you need help with the purchase, they can manage your account through this link: Microsoft Family Safety.



If none of the above steps work, you may need to reach out to our live support team for further assistance.

2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
   
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
   
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

log into the main account on the second console and then go to your settings go to personalisation and then make my home xbox. once youve done that you should be able to sign out of the main account and then the main account on the second xbox should access
everything
