    That's why it's important to get your Gamertag right when you change it. Make sure it looks just the way you want it, because tweaking it is expensive!

    Yes, the system considers those the same Gamertag. So, for example, if your Gamertag was eXAMPLE, and you wanted to correct it to Example, you'd have to change it to something else entirely, and then change it back again to the correct capitalization. The
    same also applies to spaces. EXAM PLE, EX AMPLE, EXAM PLE, etc... are all the same Gamertag in the system's eyes, although when searching for the Gamertag in the database, the correct spacing is required. Searching for Gamertags is not, however, case-sensitive.

    Yeah but other way you would be annoyed when you call support and need to specifically name every capital letter.
