Can you please tell me more about the issue?

How are you trying to download music on Xbox? May I know the exact model/generation of the Xbox console you're using? Or are you on Windows PC?

Mods keep saying to just use the movies and tv app and the media player app but you cant manage folders and files nor can you delete them, the only thing I can do with those apps is view videos, my files and photos & make them my background.

I want the ability to add folders, files, docs, music, photos and videos in once location and be able to delete what I want or rearange folders, to do this I need File Explorer.

Bring it back Microsoft, make it an optional app on the xbox store.

I'm really glad it worked! Those steps reset the Xbox app and the Gaming services files and re-register the apps - sometimes corrupted files can be the culprit of a sync issue with a game license or subscription. They also clear any temporary file and cache from the Microsoft store and the Xbox app. This makes the Xbox app and the Gaming services sync again with the Xbox servers to check for the game license or for any active subscription.

I would love to see a make your own skin app for it. It is after all on the pc, a tiny .png file. Easy to make.
