    COD BO2 for XB1 ?

    Hi, anyone knows when COD BO2 will be added to the backward compatibility on XB1 ?

    I am really looking forward to play. BO2 was my fav COD . I have it on PC but I am more suited to the controller make COD BO2 backwards compatible with xb1 :)

    One more thing, when BO2 gets added to backward compatibility , will we be able to play with 360 players or only with xb1 players ?

    I just got black ops 2 as I heard that it's backwards compatible for Xbox one and the error code came up saying it's not backwards compatible while I'm in a party with someone playing bo2!

    My point is that it was announced 5 months ago that it would be coming so that means 1. Activision and treyarch already agreed to it with microsoft for releasing it for backwards compatibility 2. That means they have had 5 months to get the game ready which
    is over enough and they said there starting with the most popular titles and most voted and there making the worst games backwards compatible and bo2 red dead redemtion mw2 bo1 cod 4 are all top voted games and none are backwards compatible

    Should I get an Xbox 360 or Xbox One?

    I would recommend waiting until E3 to see what MS announces before making that decision. If you can't do that then look at the backwards compatibility list (

    majornelson.com/.../xbox-one-backward-compatibility     ) and see if there are games you want to play that are also on XB1 now and if so, get the XB1.

    Backward compatibility game not working

    Hi! CoD BO2 (Xbox360) is officially backwards compatible with Xbox One. Take a look at this link https://majornelson.com/blog/xbox-one-backward-compatibility/

    theoretically you should only insert the disc that should let you download the game.
    Remember that the disc will still have to be inserted to play.
