    Far too many users have been suspended or even banned with no evidence whatsoever being given. Although I am not one there are players who never go into party chat or message people other than friends get suspended for supposed harassment
    with no way to appeal without a specific example being given of what they did. For the inevitable employee or bot who reads this I ask you
    how would you try to appeal against a cop showing up and handing you a blank ticket for 'improper driving at an undisclosed point in time'? If the cop told you that he has proof but won't show it to you so you can make an appeal it all but guarantees
    the decision to be upheld regardless of how shaky the foundation thereof might be.
    I understand that they have no legal responsibility to do so but refusing to cite evidence is widely seen by the community as a fail-safe to potential negligence by the Enforcement Team who supposedly look over each case individually. Many large entities
    require their employees to submit a report alongside their decison to prevent negligence or a misuse of power by those employees. Should this be the case for your Enforcement Team as well it would not be difficult to have them provide the evidence in their
    report to users alongside the notice of their punishment. I have personally had one of your employees respond in such a way before informing me of the direct quote that they believed crossed the line which I greatly appreciated so obviously they have the means
    and training to do so. However, if your Team are not required to supply a reason as to how they reached their verdict in an unbiased way then it is evident of a clearly flawed system that would allow for those in question to condemn users without consequence
    based on potential biases they have as an individual (Race, Religion, Sexual orientation, etc) and which could be grounds for possible legal action in the future regarding such discrimination. As it stands there is little faith in the existing system due to
    the ridiculous ability to appeal without an example being given to appeal against out of all of the in and out of game interactions going back as long as a month beforehand. I believe that supplying such evidence would satisfy a great many of us in the community
    who believe that we were unjustly punished at some point with no way to properly appeal for reconsideration and who remain doubtful of the pushed line that every case is looked at individually as routinely supplying a quote for evidence (or a short one or
    two sentence response if creating and linking a short video clip is unreasonable) to explain what in-game behaviour was unacceptable would easily put to rest the issue that has been present since launch. I would appreciate some more information on your internal
    practices should such knowledge be available to the public but I won't hold my breath. Instead if there is a representative present then I would like you to answer on how to
    reasonably appeal to a blank ticket without either the date
    of the incident in question or the direct evidence provided to do so. Failure to do so will have me believe that it is yet another bot
    present rather than an individual seeking to help me understand why the system seems contradictory in this manner. For the most part I have loved being a part of this community for the past almost decade but recently I have found myself thinking that I
    would be better off saving up and building a PC instead of spending an annual fee to a system with no accountability where genuinely concerned users are waved off to a link to the wrong section or one that will never be properly replied to.

    Considering that date is in the future, it sounds like you were given a two-week ban for something and that this is actually the end date of your suspension. However, for more details follow the link provided by Outsider and make a thread there.

    If it is a two-week ban, you will be able to sign in again by that date, 17th June.

    no individual users can console ban or ban anyone in anyway.

    Having your hardware banned requires extraordinary evidence, which you should be able to find in your enforcement profile after 48 hours

    They cannot be overturned
