i have the original xbox one that it has a console ban and theres a problem with that i cant add a profile

and worse i cant launch game insted it gives me a something went wrong message

and if those games launch. and its a shame that most xbox one games want to you be signed in to

play the game or you will just stay at the title screen or the game will bring up the who are you tab to sign in

and if i press B it brings it back up witch makes the console useless

maybe microsoft should update the xbox ones and xbox series x so people can add offine profile insted making an actual account like the xbox 360 did

Yep,take it up with the person you bought it off.

You need to be careful when buying a pre owned console from private sellers as they will knowingly sell a banned console as it can't be used.

You should always make sure it works & can connect to xbox live before buying one.

You can still use a banned console offline as long as it was set as the home console when the ban happened.

At the end of the day it takes a lot to get a console ban,usually several enforcement actions on your account first which should be warning enough.

A console ban is the last resort so if you do get your console banned & can't use it offline you have no one to blame but yourself really.

As mentioned it is upto you to take it up with the seller there is no reversing it

perhaps it will be on xbox series x but no more for xbox one unfortunately.
