    I have requested a code too many times and need one so I can reset my password. When I try and get a code for today it said please can you try again tomorrow. I don't want to try again tomorrow. I want to get back on today, I am the account holder and can provide proof with my passpor or driving licence, date of birth, alternative email or whatever proof is needed. Every time I try to contact Microsoft it goes to virtual chat. I don't want virtual chat I want to speak to a human being! I don't want to create a new Microsoft account because I use my current one for correspondence for all my bills, my mobile phone account, work correspondence and my Xbox account. I just want to reset my password and speak to a human being by phone call or chat. It's not too much to ask and as I'm not able to do that I wish to make a formal complaint that I cannot do so. Absolutely ridiculous that I can't just speak to an actual real person not virtual assistant or have to go through a sequence of steps!

    It's the best thing we can do as part of the Xbox community. Calling Xbox support might not resolve the issue. Hope you can understand.

    Thanks, although I have tried the support. Getting past the bots is difficult and then I eventually spoke to someone on the phone yesterday for 2hrs and today for an hour.

    Finally got a Url out of them but it doesn't work. Unless I recorded it incorrectly. Just wondered if anyone had information on an official complaints procedure.
