So the support team is lying then? Because when he told me to go on the forums he hung up immediately. I need to talk to @MajorNelson.

 

Then the best bet would be to message him on Twitter.

He probably gets thousands of questions per day so don't be surprised if you don't get a reply.

And yes,support have given you the wrong info.They often tell people to post on the forums when they don't know what else to do.
