Major Xbox One X (Project Scorpio Day One) issues

I had a few issues with Bluray player coming up with "taking too long to load". It seemed to get worse and then a few apps did the same and eventually the Xbox wouldn't start. So I did a complete factory reset and rebuilld using USB drive.

That seemed to work ok, but then a few apps started not loading, then the dashboard would vanish just showing grey unless I pressed the Xbox Button on the controller and then I could reset.

Please help, I have an external drive which have a lot of my game on.

Thanks all. I guess service is required. Typical that it's out of warranty!

Some ' ' Scorpio Edition ' ' Consoles have problemini that you can either solve with a hard reset or call for assistance.

It sounds like you may have a hardware issue. If you've tried a full factory reset and are still encountering problems, it may be time to request service. You can do so at
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com by signing in with the Microsoft account to which the device was registered. As to your games, since they are on an external USB hard drive,
you'll have them protected and ready to go when your console is repaired.
