Major sign in issue

Hi all, struggling here with my Xbox/Microsoft account. As most are aware there was an outage in regards to account and sign-in and I think this is why I have this issue. The outage seems to be resolved yet the problem is still there.

What happened is; I tried to sign into my Xbox and I was prompted to go to accounts.live.com to fix the problem. I did so and added a bunch of extra security to my account, linked my Xbox S to the account but the issue was still there .Eventually I reset the console without deleting games. I followed the steps accepting terms and conditions etc. Then I was asked to choose a gamer tag which I found Strange as I only done this a couple days ago (the Xbox is only couple days old). Once this was finished I was in the home page, my games still installed but unable to play. It looks like I have 2 Xbox accounts under the same email, being unable to access the original one as its tied to my outlook email address and password. It seems my Xbox game pass ultimate was not on the new account. So I have Xbox game pass being taken every month yet unable to play games. Only option is to subscribe again and have double taken each month. My payment method is gone its literally like I made a new account. Very annoying thing to have happen as this was a birthday gift and 2 or 3 days in, its completely not functional. The Microsoft support is atrocious as this is a complex problem which requires a human to help yet there is no one available to aid other than here.

Anyone have any ideas what I can do to resolve this issue and its quite the incomitance.

I'm sorry for the issues you're experiencing with your console and subscriptions.

Try removing your account(s) from the Xbox console, and adding it back in. Instructions can be found here Add or remove a Microsoft account on an Xbox console | Xbox Support

Make sure your Xbox is set up as the Home console. Designate a home Xbox | Xbox Support

Well I thought YouTube worked.. But as when you picked a video to watch. The circle just went round and round... nothing happening

go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up . re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

The "ladie" is incorrect. Microsoft will not go to the police.

You should have filed a report with your local police after the console was stolen. Only the police can go to Microsoft to ask for assistance in tracking down a stolen console.
