Major mic problem can hear but cant talk back to friends

Same as everyone here dont tell me its a broken mic cuz i bought 2 tryed different controllers completely reset my internet routers hard reset and was on the phone with mircosoft support for hours and no its not muted ive done everything possible out of
the people here with issues how many play destiny? I want to try and figure this out and if your a mod here can u atleast let us know if you have send this info along to higher ups? Come on touch base with us

XBox One Micraphone Glitched?

im having a problem that i can talk to my friends and they can hear me but i cant hear them..... my mute button works but my sound ones dont... since this new update (16th feb ) my mic hasnt worked

 

"We cant find a microphone for these people" error

Yesterday I unplugged my mic and plugged it right back in using the same the controller now I have this error and cant talk to my friends or hear them.

 

I definitely noticed that Destiny is the common trend when it comes to people with this issue, including me.

 

Are you having this problem with the mic that come with the One or a 360 mic with the adapter? Either way, I can't find a solution to this ANYWHERE. I've looked everywhere I can think and it never helps. It always works the day before, then I join someone
the next day and everything's fine until I try to talk.

P.S. I don't have Destiny for the One, so I don't think that's the problem.

Microsoft. Get in here and figure out the problem it's becoming widespread. Any solutions please keep me in the loop.

 

They are collecting data on this over on the Console subforum. However, this should not have happened in the first place. Half of the second most important part of our gold subscription is utterly gone. This is something that testing really should have picked
up on since it is wasting consumer's money.

Most of my games I don't even feel like playing since Xbox is a primarily social experience.

Same issue ever since March 5th I think. It was working perfectly fine the night before. All of a sudden I could only hear people and others couldn't hear me. I've gone through about 11 different forums to find a solution. Bought a new adapter to hook up
a different gaming headset, that didn't work either. I'm about done with this. Can't communicate with my teams. HELP US FIX THIS!

 

Ive purchased a new controller and mic! I still cant talk to anyone.. But i can hear them. It has to be a problem with the xbox itself! How do we fix this?? Anyone restore factory settings??

 

the thread in the xbox one console support is where everyone is talking about this problem, and dude just save yourself the headache and buy the stereo headset its the only way to fix this problem as of now

 

Im having the same problem. I can hear other people but they cant hear me. Please help been happening since 3/14/15. makes me not even want to play my xbox

 

For the love of god please someone fix this. The mic kinda works when i am in battlefield but surely does not whilest im on destiny ( though i havent been on battlefield in a few days so god knows if it wven works there anymore either) who do i have to
poke in the brain to get this issue resolved and get me back to not trying to destroy my controller due to the inability to speak to people.

 

I have the same issue with the headset that came with the console; I can hear everyone and no one can hear me. My controllers are updated and the Xbox itself has been reset several times. I too believe this to be a software issue. The weird thing for me
is that i also have the Microsoft stereo headset and adapter and it works without issue. Hopefully a patch will be available soon as i prefer to chat with the headset that came with the system.
