Major lagging

have you tried power cycling both xbox and modem

Can you run the pingtest a few times and post a few results, your jitter is a bit more than I would expect which would cause lag

This doesn't sound like an Xbox issue, your Xbox will use whatever bandwidth there is available, it sounds like a problem with your broadband

If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter

Could you also go to www.speedtest.net and www.pingtest.net and run and post your results
