    Major issues


    Afew days ago Star Wars Battlefront started syncing for ages then would freeze. Today when I logged in I can't see the store 3tc. I can see my apps and games, also my friends. But now YouTube is syncing and not loading.. Netflix syncs abit but plays.
    The only game that works is Rockband 4. I've tryed a hard reset.

    Please help.. i've asked support for a call, but nothing yet

    Both systems have issues at the end of the day...

    go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
    it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up . re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
    but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

    this should clear it up...

    Yeah I tred it .. YouTube is working.. but store/music etc are still black

    The "ladie" is incorrect. Microsoft will not go to the police.



    You should have filed a report with your local police after the console was stolen. Only the police can go to Microsoft to ask for assistance in tracking down a stolen console.

    Hard reset, remove/add external hard drive, hard reset again.

    Are the missing games on the external or internal storage?
