Major issues with Xbox one

Well I had a problem a week ago with the green screen of death and none of the offline system updates were working I took into a shop for repair and the hard drive was faulty so he replaced with a new one it worked fine but I thought I'll do a factory
reset because the pins wasn't showing up but now during initial setup all I get is error code e102

Major Graphic issues with my xbox one.

Hey guys.

I've recently started having issues with game play graphics on my xbox one. Majority of the time on GTA V but I've experienced it on the crew also.

I've tried installing and reinstalling the game. I've also spoke to a Microsoft operative and they recommended removing my account from the xbox, and hard resetting it, which I have done but still no change.

Anyone with experience that can help?

The Xbox One interface is so dull.

To be honest I dont have any major issues with the Interface on the Xbox One.

It does the job in my opinion.

 

Repairs that are not done by a Microsoft repair center void all warranty and breaks the Code of Conduct and/or Terms of Use regarding Tampering/modifying the console.

For this reason no support can be given

 

For starter my warranty ran out 2 weeks ago and secondly it was there support team that sent me this way to try and get me out the preview program which has caused this problem with my Xbox

 

Support will never tell you to get non-authorized repairs which void warranty (even if you're out of it). Getting out of the preview program can be done by opening the preview app, and changing your enrollment to "opt-out".

If your warranty ran out you could of still scheduled a repair by Microsoft by contacting support or by filling out the form right here

Right wen the problem first come about it was green screen of death so I did everyone support told me to because my Xbox wouldn't go past loading screen so they said it might be the hard drive which I then said I have no warranty so they said to get it done
how ever I liked to to them get my Xbox back and now they are telling me it's the preview program updates which have *** everything up which is why they sent me to this page to get in contact from an official preview program support member to get me out of
it from there side because I physically cannot do anything so if ya not an official don't bother posting cuz have no idea what I've been told to do by Microsoft support team them selfs

 

Preview program will tell you to contact support regardless if you are in warranty or not

Two reasons first if it was indeed the beta and the preview support determined that you are covered under the preview program for repairs from.xbox support only for preview issues

 

By using a 3rd party you invalidated your warranty and I wouldn't login using that console as you could get a console ban which would remove you from the program
