    So my issue is that when I was playing fortnight with my friends and as soon as we were about to start a match my Xbox kicked me off of the game and my voice started sounding like a robot and then my Xbox never gave me a error or anything and then my Xbox
    uninstalled all 19 of my games all at the same time and I decided to redownlload the game back and about half way through the download of fortnite all of my games re appeared and now im just here confused

    okay my xbox got stolen over 6 or 5 months ago and the last game id played as prototype and when i got on xbox.com i see my recent activity and it shows games ive never played or bought such as skyrim and minecraft but the main issue is that one ladie i
    talk on the phone said that as soon as the account gets online they wiil track it send the police but you didnt.so this will be agreat help if you do something about iy

    and
    add extra proofs to your account    . Changing your Windows Live ID password will immediate stop the local profile on your stolen XBOX from connecting to Live.
    The "ladie" is incorrect. Microsoft will not go to the police.



    You should have filed a report with your local police after the console was stolen. Only the police can go to Microsoft to ask for assistance in tracking down a stolen console.

    Hard reset, remove/add external hard drive, hard reset again.

    Are the missing games on the external or internal storage?

    go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
    it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up . re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
    but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

    this should clear it up...
