Major issue with Xbox Enforcement/Suspension

I'm a 10+ years Xbox customer. I've recently had the worst and most appalling experience ever with Xbox Enforcement. So on the 6th of November, I received a communication ban while in the middle of a Raid on Destiny 2, I immediately went onto the website
and done a case review and asked for the evidence of what they had sent to my e-mail so I can physically see what the hell they done this for. I was pissed off but I just went to bed as the next morning the new Xbox One X was releasing, so that morning I got
up and went to pick my pre-order up which cost me 525Euro in total. I get home, set it all up, ecstatic to start playing, then little did I know I was going to be greeted by yet another Enforcement message, this time banning my profile from any Xbox Live activities.
Basically I wasn't allowed to play any multiplayer game or any game that had that feature. So imagine, you get home after spending a fortune on a new console to basically be told, haha you can't use it, f**k you and thanks for your money but here's a nice
two week ban even though we gave you a communication ban the day before. So i'm sitting there wondering what the f**k is going on. I know for a fact I 100% don't know what I done to warrant this. If I knew what I done wrong, I'd accept it obviously. But I
genuinely have no idea why I got this ban. I haven't even played the new xbox for an hour since i've had it because i'm so pissed off! I asked for proof to be sent to me, but nope. No reply, nothing. I was basically robbed. Yet we have no way to defend ourselves,
everyone has a right to defend their actions and if they're wrong then so be it. But we deserve to speak up for what we done. You can't just dish out suspensions on a one sided story!! It's absolutely wrong. All i've been playing is Destiny 2 Raids with friends
and Call of duty, so I am gobsmacked as to how this happened?! Why can't the enforcement team, phone up the person they're about to ban and ask for their side of the story, instead of this stupid system that's going on at the moment. Honestly, i've spent thousands
upon thousands on your products and I've been treated like a piece of ****. I've gotten zero help from anyone, it's as if you just ban someone then leave them to suffer in the dark, it's criminal. That's how I feel anyway.

you don't get evidence for two reasons

One violation of privacy laws which protect you and your reporter so no you will never get the proif as they have to protect the other user

Keep it clean it's not rocket science game ratings don't allow for online interactions nor do they affect them

You must be rated e for everyone

2 being suspended does not make you immune for past actions that were found while they were investigating

Keep it clean

tenure will not make you immune to enforcement either

There is no justification. For not being rated e not even game rating which only covers game content Not online interactions which is actually on the game Box

You can't dispute communications ban
