    Major headset issues.


    I have the Turtle Beach Ear Force XO7 headset. It's connected to my controller via the Mic Monitoring Chat Adaptor from Turtle Beach. I've had it for a couple months, and nothing has happened. However, very recently, something weird happens every time
    I use the headset.

    1.) Audio stops playing in the headset.

    2.) I can't hear the party (if in one), but they can hear me.

    3.) Vibration in the controller is shut down.

    4.) Controller refuses to shut off until I shut down the Xbox One. To go a little further, I can 'turn off' the controller by holding the Xbox button on the controller and turning it off there, but the Xbox button will remain lit.

    5.) Controller still works, but the problems listed above persist. Eventually, the controller will seem to lose connection to the Xbox One even though the light on the controller indicates it's on and I'll be forced to shut the Xbox One down.

    I also have the normal stereo chat adapter, and the same thing happens.

    This whole situation is just plain weird. I don't understand how this is happening at all. I am indeed in the Preview Program, and each of my controllers states they are updated.

    Can anyone help solve this at all? I'd really love to use my headset again.

    Well I thought YouTube worked.. But as when you picked a video to watch. The circle just went round and round... nothing happening

    go into settings and accounts and remove all the profiles , (make sure you have the email and password to get them back ) after you remove the profiles , shut the xbox down by holding the xbox logo on the console for 8 seconds till it powers down , while
    it is off , unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds to clear them also , plug the modem and router back up and when they are online , turn the xbox back on , when it is all the way up . re add your main profile ...it may sit there and sync a little while
    but all SHOULD be good afterwards ...

    this should clear it up...

    I too am having the same problem (no. 2) with my X32s, where I plug the cable into the headset adapter and the party can hear me, but I cant hear them.

    It must be a software issue. I tried 2 different controllers with two different types of chat adaptors and it led to the same result. They've never done this before... I REALLY want to get back to using my XO7's!

    It must be a software issue. I tried 2 different controllers with two different types of chat adaptors and it led to the same result. They've never done this before... I REALLY want to get back to using my XO7's!
