Major Harassment and Stalking

Earlier this week I reported several players cheating and booting on The Elder Scrolls Online and now, in retaliation, those players have been viciously harassing, abusing, and stalking both me and my boyfriend who also plays. We have blocked them and reported
them for this behavior but some users have multiple accounts they are using to continue the abuse. Some users have gone as far to Facebook and Twitter to continue the harassment and abuse. We have been threatened so both on xbox live and social media. These
users have also gone to highly populated areas of the game and used the text chat feature to spread personal and private information about us. Since they are blocked, we can't see what they say they saw, but everyone else can and due to this abuse, I have
received even more threatening messages. It's gotten to the point where I fear for my safety and my boyfriends. Neither of us can play The Elder Scrolls Online because they stalk us and continue to harass and abuse us and share our information.

"Harassment" refers to a broad number of behaviors that are subject to both criminal punishment and civil liability. On the criminal side, states have a wide variety of criminal laws forbidding harassment in many forms, including general harassment crimes
as well as specific forms of harassment, such as stalking and cyberstalking.

Some states have enacted specific laws against stalking someone online. "Cyberstalking" generally refers to stalking someone through the internet, email, text messages, or other means of electronic communication. Many states have revised their harassment
and/or stalking laws to explicitly include harassing electronic communications. Some states also punish actions akin to cyberstalking under laws aimed at improper uses of computers or electronic communications networks.

As the behavior of the person you described falls on this pattern for your own security and the security of other people I suggest you to contact the local authorities and denounce such behavior as soon as possible!

If you haven't done so already, file complaints on them via the console so the enforcement team will investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
