    i have bought 9 packs on Halo 5 Guardians,it has been a full day and the money has gone out the bank but I still have no packs.If you have any tips to fix this or can get Microsoft to try and see what the problem is that would be great.Thank you

    XBOX One Halo 5 Guardians Pack

    Hey SpacyBurrito478 -

    Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?

    Be sure to check out our
    Halo REQ Support page     for help locating REQ packs. If this is in regards to the Warzone REQ Bundle, which is included with the Deluxe Edition, you will want to check the 'Ready to install' portion of Halo 5's 'Manage game' screen to install the REQ bundle.

    If you continue to experience issues locating those packs, we recommend reaching out to our phone support team for account related support we can't publicly provide on the forums.

    Sorry to hear it. If you purchased DLC but did not receive it in game then I would first like you to try highlighting the game on the dashboard and press the start button on your controller. From there select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install to
    see if there's anything waiting for you.

    If there is nothing there then please give phone support a call so they can help you work out this billing issue. Click this link to get the number for your region Customer Support

    Hi fellow Spartan!Major Halo 5 REQ issues :) Try restarting your game, do this by following the instructions

    here    . Then open Halo 5 and check the Open Packs section. They should have popped up there. You can also view the REQ packs at halowaypoint

    Hi fellow Spartan!:) Try restarting your game, do this by following the instructions

    here    . Then open Halo 5 and check the Open Packs section. They should have popped up there. You can also view the REQ packs at halowaypoint

    Halo 5 Req and Armor Packs for buying/playing Halo 5 early - never showed up!

    Hey there kjjPOL.

    The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.
