    Please help. On July 9 I sent two short messages that resulted in a 36 hour comms ban, my first offense. I served that without issue, and it was lifted. Then, out of the blue at 3:15PM yesterday, I received a message to my xbox saying that my account was
    subject to disciplinary action again, even though I had done nothing to violate the CoC since, and certainly nothing that would merit an additional 7 days being tacked on almost a week later.. I cannot even view this second suspension under my enforcement
    history, even though I have logged in and out multiple times. I have spoken to 3 different xbox reps on the phone, and the last of them recommended I post this here and pray I get in touch w an enforcement rep. All three Xbox reps agreed that it very well
    could be a glitch because it is not showing up, and that 8.5 days for an offense of this size would be too much. Please someone help. I need to get this taken care of before the D2 beta.

    you don't get evidence for two reasons

    One violation of privacy laws which protect you and your reporter so no you will never get the proif as they have to protect the other user

    Keep it clean it's not rocket science game ratings don't allow for online interactions nor do they affect them

    You must be rated e for everyone

    2 being suspended does not make you immune for past actions that were found while they were investigating

    Keep it clean

    Enforcement has a lot of reports to review, and they could possibly be issuing their actions on reports submitted against you from days or weeks before.

    You will need to log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com to review your suspension details, and submit a case review for more answers (if eligible). If you don't see it on the Enforcement website right now, perhaps
    wait a little later until the history gets updated? I wouldn't know what else what to tell you for that.

    The Enforcement staff do not post here, nor does anybody else have access to your Enforcement records. The forums will be unable to help you any further with your suspensions.

  5. It has been 29 hours since I received the message on console. All 3 support reps said it absolutely should be there. The initial suspension notified me that it was 36 hours long, and I served it no problem. This time, I have received no such message regarding
    length. It does not even show up for me to be able to appeal..

    Not in these forums you haven't. As Internet Expert says, no one here can help you. These are user forums and not used or supported by Enforcement. Phone or chat support can offer no help with enforcement actions either. While they may offer an opinion,
