    Major controller problem - S1


    Hi,

    I bought online a new XBOX S1 on October 31st, delivered on November 4. This last Monday, November 28, the left thumbstick on the controller broke. Yesterday, Tuesday November 29, I went to the store where I picked up the console and got a new controller,
    since I was within the 30 Day basic warrantee. They told me that the new controller would not be covered past the 30 Day warrantee period that ends today and that past that date I would have to use my extended warrantee. Believe it or not I got home and within
    a few hours the exact same problem occured.

    That, to me, looks like a manufacturing flaw since I have never had that kind of problem with any controller before and have owned several consoles over the last 30 years or so.

    I guess I can still go to the store today and hope they won't give me any problems replacing it again for free, but I am very concerned that they will try to blame it on me or that they may say that only my extended warrentee, which allows me 2 controller
    remplacements.

    Also, I am not very confident that the same problem won't happen again since I have been manipulating/playing with my controllers the exact same way forever with no problems. I am not being rougher this time around. I left Sony PS4 for this and I am starting
    to seriously regret my choice...

    Anything you can do? Thx

    I figured I would put the other screenshots as links so I wouldn't fill this post up to much.

    Both Xbox Apps are the only problem I have on Windows 10

    This problem also happens on my other system that has Windows 10 Insider Slow Ring and other system that is in the Fast Ring.

    Please help with this problem as MS Support has No Clue as how to fix this

    Like I said this is a Fresh Full install of Window 10 Pro and yes it is Fully Updated as of 3:53PM EST on 10/3/2017

    Elite Series 2 Controller, Larger paddles

    Yah I can see how the old paddles would be cumbersome for smaller hands and I do have really long fingers. On the S1 controller, I could rest my middle/third fingers on P1/P2 and be very comfortable. It made me forsake any and all other controllers haha
    But with the S2 controller, my index finger hits both P1/P2 and I don't have the room for two fingers anymore.

    All in all, people come in all shapes and sizes, please offer an accessory kit that includes the paddles/sticks from the Elite S1 controller.

    Also, has anyone else had Bluetooth connection issues? I lose connection once or twice in the span of 60-80 min...

    Edit: not index and middle fingers haha middle and third fingers because the index would always be on triggers
