    Major connection problems after system update


    Hi.

    Today I have been playing all morning with no issues whatsoever. I had FIFA 14 downloading, and I was playing online games just fine.

    Then I noticed the new system update tile on the home screen, and decided to update.

    Ever since the uodate completed, I've had no end of connection issues with my Xbox one.

    • FIFA 14 immediately went from downloading to queued, despite being connected to Xbox live and not downloading anything else. It could also not be resumed
    • Xbox live would disconnect itself, and not be able to reconnect for hours
    • Whenever I ran connection tests, it kept displaying DNS and IP errors, implying that it is my home network having issues when it is clearly not, as everything else connected is working fine
    • Whilst connected to Xbox live, synced game data could not be retrieved
    • Apps such as the Upload App could not function despite being connected,
    Like I said earlier, I was having none of the problems prior to updating. As soon as the update was complete, all of the above listed issues started.

    Is there any way to remove the update/revert to my previous console version?

    there are other major problems affecting the game. I think it was the system update that MS put out a few weeks ago, as I have been having problems with matchmaking in halo 4. I keep losing my xbox live connection. i'm pretty sure that 343 is aware of the

    Quick Charge kit problems?

    There have been problems with play and charge kits after one of the recent major system updates. Why an update would effect seperate hardware like this is unknown though.

    My cord wont charge unless I leave my system on overnight while not doing anything with it at all.

    So I bought a charge station instead.

    connecting to xbl after a system update shouldnt freeze your system. It doesnt matter what the problem is, it needs to be fixed.

    New update starting to roll out.

    The weird thing was last night when I turned my Xbox One on it said their was an update available, but after a couple of seconds said their was a problem and that I should restart the system. Did that and then the system continued on as if their wasnt an
    update.

    I'm guessing that possibly an update was pushed out, but then perhaps pulled because a major bug got out?

    And I'm also struggling with the same problem from the above update. Previously, there were some problems but after kródkim time everything returned to normal.

    Many users complain that their problems started to stick with the last major update and so far all proposed rostrzygnięcia not give the desired result. It can be so specialists from the system this would be looked at.
