Major Achievements problem!

Hi. My name is Skyler and I am 31 years old. I bought Wildlands when it came out, played it almost everyday after work, offline since i live in the country and have no internet. Loved the game up till the time i beat it. Had no problem
unlocking achievements when I would connect to xbox live every once in a while at hotels id stay at for work. Until I beat the game. I maxed out my xp and levels, collected every collectible in the Game, bought every upgrade and played every story mission,
offline. A few weeks later when I connected to xbox live again, it started popping achievements that I had unlocked offline, but only 6 popped! An unbelievable amount, 16 to be exact did not unlock or pop or do anything! Now I understand all the requirements
need to be met. They are! I have all weapons but not all weapon achievements. My rebel ops are maxed out and no achievement. Played all missions and storys and not all achievements are earned. 16 have not unlocked popped or saved! Wtf!? At first I thought
I'd wait for a game update and it would be fixed, but here we are on the 5th update and nothing. Then I looked online....and though some people had issues with some achievements not working, and missing documents like in media luna, NOBODY HAD THIS MANY NOT
WORK! so I called Microsoft and spent 4 hours talking with them to see if it could be fixed on their end, and after trying different things they told me they were out of ideas and all they could do was tell me to post to one of these forums! Are you kidding
me?! I know someone at microsoft in the achievement department can help me or just unlock them but you can't speak to anyone or contact that crew! If someone out there has had the same problem or knows a fix pleaseeeeeeeee contact me promptly. Here I am wasting
my damn time writing you now about a problem that nobody seems to understand or care about. I spent allot of money and time on this xbox and game and for what? For major key aspects of it not to work? I no longer am asking nicely for information on what you
guys have done wrong, but am demanding an explanation and a fix. I have tried calling your office with no effort paying off. I already wrote a review on Google, and the BBB website. And convinced my friends not to purchase any more ubisoft games until this
is resolved. I am not playing this game all over again for months because a mistake on your end. I would suggest getting back to me with some useful information please, because in the 30 years I've played video games, not once have I ever been this upset with
a game developer or company or had this big of a problem. I can't believe it. The achievements aren't even updating as far as the progress towards them, for example there's an achievement for finding all documents, I found every one no problem all the legends
everything, yet it shows only 47 percent completed on the achievement. Really? How am I supposed to redo them without starting a new game and doing it all over!? But for GTAv they pop right away and update. So I know It's an ubisoft issue or Microsoft. It's

I have had the same issue for over 4 months there are 3 or 4 achievements stuck at 97% and refuse to pop, any thoughts or fixes for this?? thank you!

 

A lot of players are encountering issues with there achievements, I my self have encountered this as well. Here is the support page for achievements not unlocking.
