  1. MAJOR Account Trouble


    So I had recently bought XboxLive Gold (one month) for my account and had launched gTA 5 to try and play online but it wasn't letting me.

    I deleted my account in hopes of adding it back on and signing back in (before deleting I had looked at my sign in address to sign bsck in) and when i put in the same address from that account I had bought a Gold membership and used the same password I usually
    use to sign in it made me make this one? Can someone please help??? I've tried contacting Xb1 support but they kept putting me on call with automated messages..

    Hey Toon, sorry to hear about the account troubles! To get us started, can you please provide some more details as to what you mean by minor and major account specifically? Are you referring to a child and adult account?

    It sounds like the email you put in was not the exact email and the only people that can help you is xbox support which you can contact by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and giving them your gamertag for your account and they should be able to find
    your account and if they can verify ownership of the account they can tell you what the exact email address is for the account.

    now when you originally call them there may be an automated system but you would have to work your way through it to get to a live person.

    I'm afraid that you would not be able to leave your family at the moment as your account is under age still. It must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your country in order for you to promote it to adult and then leave the family group.
