    Majong Merge- profile lost


    Microsoft wanted me to merge the Majong account. In the Microsoft account were 2 profiles (set up on the Xbox). When the merge was done the account is defaulting to the 2nd profile. However, I need it to be the 1st profile. How can the profile be change. Not account, but gamer profile.

    • What specific Mahjong game are you playing? Who is the publisher? (ex. Xbox Game Studios, SkyLine)
    • Are you playing on an Xbox console, or PC?
    • Do you have multiple accounts that you played on? Do you know the two profile gamertags?

    Offline profile merge with newer live profile

    Sorry, but you cannot merge two profiles together. You have already created an online profile. You cannot add or merge an offline profile to it.

    From the Xbox Dashboard, I think you can either download the Zune app, or if it's installed already, perhaps you can log into that to listen to your music? Sorry, haven't used Zune before.
