majong etc not syncing phone to surface

We understand that you wanted to sync your games from phone to Surface. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

May we know what kind of games are you trying to sync? Are you trying to sync the achievements of the game or game apps?

Games like Microsoft Mahjong, Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Microsoft Sudoku, and Microsoft Ultimate Word Games that you need to manually install to your device and sync with Microsoft account to have same achievements.

Games does not sync but needs to be installed via Microsoft Store on Surface. On the otherhand, the achievements on each game will sync depending on game version and making sure you are sign in to the same account you had on the phone.

Same issue here. In fact, the reason I am maxed on devices is that I had to reset my phone once (which is now listed twice) and I just reset my Surface RT - the old one is still here (as a "ghost") and I now can't sync with it sync I reset it. Can't remove
either the old version of the phone or surface. Devices are the same, just reset them.

SirGrant618.. Sync meaning cloud syncing of playlists. Sync is so ubiquitous these days... sorry for not being specific. I get that the music would not sync to the phone... but lists should, and further should allow you the option to download or stream
like they do between the Surface and Xbox.

I found opening Xbox Music on my Surface helped getting all my music to download again. And since my account is syncing between my Surface and Nokia 925. It started to update my collection on my phone. Also, it helped that I
deleted my phone from the managed devices for Xbox Music.

I am still having the issue of only getting 30 second preview clips of any song on the radio for my phone. It works fine on my Surface and console, but not my phone.

I'm not sure this requires a different thread. Its the same issue.

Here is what I can share...

The initial playlist I created on Xbox synced on my 920. The title shows but only the songs have previously purchased on Zune show.

I created a new playlist on my phone and it did not sync to my Xbox nor did it sync with my surface.

I created a new list on my surface and it did not sync with the 920, but did with the xbox. but if that song is from my library, it will not play on the xbox... if it is a song I downloaded from xbox music on the surface it will play on the xbox.

I then downloaded some songs on the surface from the store, using my xbox music account...not purchased, and also not my own library, and they did sync with the Zune purchased songs that were already synced on my 920
