    Hi I need help, I got my xbox stolen and tried to recover my profile, and I did but the problem now its that I can't set the new Xbox as main because it's says that I already did it before, I'm pretty sure that this person tryed to download my games on different
    Xboxs, how can I reset that because it requests me to wait till December to do that, can I still download and play my games even when main Xbox its not available?

    You would want to contact support to see if they can reset it. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    You can download and play your games on any console whether you have it set as your Home or not. The only issues it would cause is not being able to play them offline or not being able to share them with someone else using your console.

    Firstly can you please use the
    Microsoft devices webpage     and next to your console that was taken select the option on more actions and you should find the option to remove this device as your home console. As for all of your existing content as long as you are signed into Xbox Live your
    should still have access to it.

    I do not know how to put my xbox one in main because when I want to put my xbox one in the main there is a message that says that I reached the limit.

    No matter what console your profile is signed into if you have xbox live gold you should always be able to use it.

    What making a console as your home console does is allows ANY OTHER profile that is on that console to be able to use your gold and digitally purchased games without your profile being signed in at the same time.

    Now you can only switch which console you have set as your profiles home console 5 times a year. (this is what sounds like happened in your situation)

    Now if that is what you are trying to do is use your accounts gold subscription with a different profile on your console and are getting that message then you would need to either

    1. contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and if your account is eligible they can reset your home xbox counter for you.

    2. your profile would have to be signed in at the same time as the other persons profile to play the games or use your gold
