I had a problem with the main xbox, he says that I changed it 5 times this year and can only change it again on August 5th, two thousand and eighteen. Well this happened because I have two consoles, one in my mother's house and another in my father's house,
and I change the main xbox most of the time. It would be possible for you to take this because I want to play with my cousins but I can not because their accounts were blocked from online for this reason. I think this is wrong because if I pay the subscription

The Home Console feature is for your account. You get 5 uses, 5 times you can set your profile as the Home Console on another Xbox to share out your content.

At some point, most likely August 5th of last year, you must have contacted Xbox Support for a 1 time reset which gives you 5 more uses and then you'll have to wait for a year before another reset can be done.

You've used that feature 10 times and you're going to have to wait until August this year.

You still have access to your games and content but the Home Console feature was not setup to continuously share games and content with others that don't want to pay.

Can I change my home Xbox console to a different console?
You can change which console is your home Xbox up to five times during a one-year period. This period works on a rolling basis, starting the moment you change your home Xbox for the first time. If you reach your limit of home console changes for the year,
you’ll get a message letting you know the next available date you can change it.

When you change home consoles, all device licenses for digital content will move to your new home Xbox. These device licenses will no longer be available on your old "home" Xbox
