You would have to contact xbox support by going to support.xbo.com/contact-us if your account is eligible for a home xbox counter reset they would be the only ones that could reset it for you.

Not sure I follow. I reset the MS password from the main account page. Are you saying reset it from the xbox?

Bonjour, c’est pour savoir si c’était possible de réinitialiser mes 5 chances du compte xbox principal. Car mon petit cousin s’est amusé jouer dans mes paramètre et je ne peut plus jouer des jeux sur mon autre compte.
