Main xbox account not letting online features?

I purchased Fifa 22 on my main account and i an unable to access the online features, it keeps telling me I can't access the ea servers, although I have tried to use a secondary account on the same console and the games online features work fine, why is this? I paid an awful lot to get the extra perks for the game and can't access them

Sorry to hear it. Please be sure to never post personal info on an open forums. Your post with the pic has been reported (you're not in trouble) and will be removed by a moderator.

In the meantime, if you have an active Live subscription (check by logging in to https://account.microsoft.com/services ) and follow the instructions below.

1. Delete the game from your console.

2. Delete your gamertag from your console.

3. Factory reset the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves will be safe on the Cloud. You can read how to reset via this link https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...e,Use this option as your primary... See More.

Be sure to turn off the console and unplug it for 5 minutes before doing the reset. During this time unplug your modem/router for 60 seconds.

4. Redownload your gamertag

5. Redownload the game.

Try again.

From the error message you are receiving, it looks like it is an issue with the EA server; Therefore it would be best to get in touch with the EA support as they will be more equipped to assist you to solve the issue.

Hi thanks for the reply! I am unable to access this facility as I am waiting on my security information to be updated. The registered number at the minute is an old mobile number which I can't access to get the code, so.i have had to update which takes 30 days to complete
