    Main Xbox Account Is Not Sharing Gold


    My main account has stopped sharing Gold (or anything else) with the other accounts on my Xbox One. I've checked just to make sure and I still have Xbox Live on my main account. The main account has no problem connecting online, but the others are unable
    to connect. The issue appears to have started last night and has continued.

    Any help would be highly appreciated.

    I can't download my free Xbox gold games even if i have the Xbox gold!!!

    Correction : Since i can't modify or delete my post.

    I'm using my main account which has no gold but i use my second account ZenMonk616 which has the gold membership to download thoses games.

    So my second account Zenmonk616 has the gold membership and that's where i tried to download my free copies of the games and it's there where the membership expire the next month the 15 of april 2017.

    My main account , is on xbox gold sharing but i know you can't dowload games with gold from sharing gold accounts!

    But the problem is still there, i have my gold membership on my second account, i tried to download from there but nothing!!

    Only thing I could suggest is that everybody delete those profiles and re download them...make sure you have the right xbox set as your "home" xbox , in case somebody changed it...

    I have the issue also been since the Cortana preview update now I buy games for my kids they can't play them

    Seems this is an issue that is affecting the preview program members. All you preview guys affected by this issue is better if you post here for help:

    I think I see the problem. The only account that is sharing is your Son's account since he is on your home console. Your account is on your daughter's but it's not your home console so it wont share. Does your family have a main Xbox they use? If so, I think
    they will all have to play on that console for Gold to share.

    For comparison my set up is:

    Xbox 1X (Main):

    My Account- With Gold

    Spouse account - Without Gold (HOME)

    Gold is shared if I am logged in

    Xbox One(2)

    My Account- WIth Gold (HOME)

    Spouse account - WIthout Gold

    Gold is shared without me logged in

    Hello!

    Gold is shared between xboxs on the same main console. So all the accounts have to put the xbox as there main.

    Family Gold Sharing

    Hey there,

    If you have already set your 1st account(with gold) as the home xbox account. Then your gold subscription should already be shared to that 2nd account(without gold). You could check if your main account is set properly as home xbox account by going to Settings
    > All Settings > Personalization > My Home Xbox. As long as your main account is set as home there, then everything is shared except for individual packs from DLC contents.
