Main story audio not working

I downloaded the free Ryse and Evolve games to my xb1 and the dialogue audio for the main story isn't working for either game. I uninstalled the games and reinstalled them and it's still the same. I was wondering if I was the only one having this issue and
if not, will there be a patch soon so o fix this?

question about beating the game (no spoilers)

i am doing some side missions and mainly working on main story but after the main story what happens? should i complete all the side quests before the main because i want too eventually so i can experience the entire game.

I've defintely done the first 4, not so sure about way of the voice, at the moment I'm doing the college quests.

Oops sorry, misread your post, my apologies lol, i thought you were asking what the symbol for skyrim meant.

The symbol just looks like a little cone pointing down. You need to press start and press A to choose which quest you want to activate, the first 5 main quests are (in order) : unbound, before the storm, bleak falls barrows, dragon rising, the way of the
voice.
