Main Menu Language in AC4:Black Flag (Xbox360) on XOne

Hello,

I installed Assassins Creed 4: Black Flag into my new XOne from CD for XBox 360, then Update was downloaded from the Store. Language and locale setting in XOne was English (UK). But when I started the game and it was running in Russian version. I can set
audio to English, subtitles can be Czech, but menu and all text in the game are in Russian language. I discussed this problem with Ubisoft support and they recommended me to change in the game menu Options > Gameplay > Language to English but this item doesn't
exist in the game. At the end they wrote me that there is probably an error in backward compatibility and recommended to ask you for help.

So, what should I do? Any idea? Thanks for Your answer.

Hi, I suggest you make a post, however you should see to set it to the region of your country, or maximum try to set the language in the setting more than so you can not do, there are some games that are changed language for lack of packages from Part
of developers.

Hi Marcel,

Xbox 360 discs are mostly region based and could be where the disc came from. Where did you buy the disc from?

Were you ever living in Russia at any point and changed your Xbox 360 account region? The account region is different to what your Xbox profile may have for Xbox One.

Thank You for answer. I tried Change Xbox 360 account region but I've got the message "Sorry, unfortunately it seems you have already changed your Xbox 360 account region in the past 12 months.". I don't know why, because I didn't changed it, I don't
remember it. Can I anywhere see my current account region?

My Xbox One's location and languages is set to English (UK).
