Main Menu Bug

Boa noite. Estava no menu principal do Xbox, ao apertar o botão para ir no quick menu para ir nas configurações do Xbox, ocorreu um travamento, ao tentar desligar o aparelho ficou tela preta mas não desligou. Tive que desliga a força pela tomada, religuei
e tudo parece normal. Se ocorrer novamente como devo desligar? Como devo proceder?

aqui, caso não resolva acho que terá que fazeruma restauração de fábrica( vc pode optar por ficar com tudo instalado). Talvez ajude.

Obrigado amigo por sua ajuda. Fiz o procedimento voltou tudo ao normal. Só espero que o bug de travamento não aconteça mais. Foi a primeira vez que isso aconteceu com meu Xbox.

Yep I got it and it may have fixed the quit to main menu bug as well as I playe dover an hour and was able to quit to the main menu. Have you tried?

Same its a bug i think u can still access the main menu
