    Hello, folks.

    I bought my xbox one this week. I realized that the main button doesn't working when the xbox is on.

    It just works when I will turn the console on. No other momento.

    Hi! The Main Button/Start Button on my Xbox One controller isn't working, neither with or without cable. So I can't reach the main menu. But the other buttons to the left and right of the start button works fine. Is there another way to reach the start menu?

    Doesn't work for me either, pressing the 'start' button on controller 2 takes me back to the main screen?

    unplug your console from mains,then give the touch buttons a good wipe over with a cloth,if this doesn't work you may need to arange a repair

    Please, try it via the website or the Xbox mobile app.

    As for the console, try clearing your MAC address.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system, then Settings.

    In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

    Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

    Select Restart console and then select Restart.

    (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

    Sign in to your console.

    Let me know if it works!

    Turn Xbox off then unplug from mains 30 seconds power back up then power off then try console button if that doesn't work you best speak to support
